NCPFP Partnering School Districts

One significant change in how the program awards funds includes the collaborative selection process in which each grant-funded program engages.

Program Directors work closely with Superintendents and Human Resource Officers to determine how many cohort seats the district will fill in a given year.  The school district provides the program with high quality applicants who go through a rigorous selection process to secure a spot.

If you're interested in becoming a Principal Fellow, make sure your school principal and central service leaders know.

For more information on the selection process for NC Principal Fellows, we recommend you communicate with the Program Director of the university in which you are interested.  For additional assistance, contact Dr. Tony Stewart (alstewart@northcarolina.edu).
